We offer a free install service for wigs above €799, this is possible based on availability and is not refundable as funds or credit if you do not book the install with us.
It is a free service, to market our hair and to use the pictures of the install for our social media.
That is why we offer it for free.
Installing your Bundle of inches wig in our salon gives us the permission to use your photos on our website and socials. We are not obligated to offer this service when purchasing a wig, it is based on availability and stylist decision.
Wigs under €799 can be installed for €50,- based on agenda availability.

All confirmation emails will be sent to your e-mail as soon as you book your appointment.
LATE POLICY
1O MINUTES LATE = ADDITIONAL €10,00
11 (+) MINUTES LATE = THE APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.
It is possible that some appointments run out, in this event i have a grace period of 15 minutes as well.
When it comes to appointments as ends trimming or only curling etc. you can only be late 10 minutes (not 15), otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
We have a 24 hour grace period in which you can come back to us with any problems or issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue. We do not give out refunds, but we will always for at a fitted solution for both parties.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will be automatically be blocked on my system and noted on the black list. In order to book with me again, you will be required to pay for the full remaining payment.
PLEASE NOTE !
- Your appointment time is an estimated time on how long it will roughly take to do your hair. Sometimes i do tend to run out, or be done much earlier, please bare this in mind.
- I only accept CASH, no bank transfers please. There aren't a lot of cashpoints close to my location so please keep this in mind.
- If you come with extra company without communicating this, they will be asked to leave as the salon has limited space to hold other people.
- There is NO free parking outside the location. There can be minimal parking sometimes, so please give yourself time to find parking elsewhere so you can still get to your appointment on time.
My late policy also applies if you could not find a parking spot in the estimated time.
HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- I DO NOT WORK WITH AMAZON ALIEXPRESS HAIR NOR CHEAP/BAD QUALITY HAIR NO SYNTHETIC HAIR OR HAIR FROM THE HAIRSHOP. (please keep in mind if you DO come with this type of hair/or hair that is not of quality it is possible that we will deny service)
- I ONLY WORK WITH RAW HAIR, VIRGIN HAIR IS ALSO POSSIBLE BUT ONLY IN DELIBARATION.
- Please come with your hair freshly washed and blowdried. If you are not able to blow dry your hair yourself, you can book the add on BLOWDRY PRE-INSTALL.
- Please make sure your hair is product free NO GREASE, NO OIL, NO LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR GEL ETC. Failure to comply can lead to cancellation.
- If you are reusing your bundles, please make sure they are also freshly washed if this is not possible please book your bundle revamp appointment.
BUNDLE GUIDE
Sew-in with leave out: minimal of 3 bundles (i do not work with bundles that have been cut up into small pieces nor aliexpres/synthetic bundles)
Full head tape-ins: 200gr or 300gr (equal to 2 or 3 bundles) (depends on desired look)
Braidless Sew-in/Microlinks: minimal of 3 bundles (RAW HAIR ONLY)
