HOW DO I ORDER A WIG FROM YOU?
Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting custom orders to avoid long processing time. At the moment our wigs will only be available as first come, first serve basis. These collections will be ready to ship wigs and are montly available . We encourage you to follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when the collections launch.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COME PICK MY ORDER UP?
No, we are an online only store.
However, If you want to try out different wigs from us we can arrange a private shopping moment for you. Send us a message for the possibilities.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please be sure of your selection, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Selected the wrong length or size? Email us as soon as possible, if your order is already shipped we can not make any changes and you will not be able to return your items.
WHY IS MY ORDER SELECTED FOR VERIFICATION?
Your order can be selected for verification if your order is flagged by our fraud department. We will reach out to you via email or by phone to inform you of what is needed to move forward with your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Our standard shipping time(for frontal, closures, bundles, full lace wigs, lace front, closure wigs, frontal wigs and bob wigs) is 7 business days (Monday to Friday and it excludes holidays) after 48 hours payment processing time. If you selected ready to ship items.
Costum made after order wigs take a standard shipping time of 21 - 30 business days (Monday to Friday and it excludes holidays) after 48 hours payment processing time. *Processing time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.*

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR LACE OF A WIG I ORDERED?
No, that will be a costum order please contact us for any special costum orders.

Yes, we do. All international orders are shipped via DHL.
